During winter quarter of freshman year, I took an interdisciplinary class for writing and designing for the web. The objective of this class was essentially to build our own creative websites, and I decided to make a blog about self-healing. I had been struggling with my mental health over the pandemic, and looked to methods such as exercise, journaling, and healthy eating in an effort to help myself. With this blog, I wrote about methods that could help others in similar situations, as well as my own personal experiences and thought processes regarding these methods.
